Smart thickening agent |
- Product is liquid in its packaging and at the time of the application. It gels after contact with skin and mucosa
- Applications : collyrium, sprayable products

Viscosity controller |
- Generally, viscosity increases when temperature increases. ExpertGel® has the reverse behaviour. Addition of a low concentration of ExpertGel® in a formulation gives a constant viscosity regardless the temperature.
- Applications : emulsion stabilizer, homogeneous layer deposition.

New texturing additive |
- Application of ExpertGel® on the skin results in a viscosity increase, perceptible by the consumer without his knowledge of the origin of this sensation. This phenomenon gives a feeling of an “active” effect of the product.
- Applications : anti-aging products

Drug delivery |
- Liquid solution including pharmaceutical agent gels at 37°C when applied. The drug can be encapsulated in a gel, and will be released in a controlled way.

Injectable implant |
- Liquid solution with low viscosity can be easily injected in human body through a syringe. The solution will gel at 37°C and create an implant which can release drugs.
